Delete your Tripex account

In the app: open Tripex, go to Account → Delete account, confirm, and enter the 6-digit code we email you.

Without the app: email tripex@zynvyn.com from your account's email address, asking to delete your account.

What happens

• Every trip you are on must be closed and fully settled first: nothing still to pay, and nothing still to receive.
• Your account is deleted 7 days later. Sign in before then to keep it.
• Your email, sign-in, profile picture and notification settings are erased.
• Your name stays in the trips you were on, with the entries, payments and receipts you added, because they are also your fellow travelers' records.
